CHARACTER MEME: Questions to ask the characters of Apocrypha but were either afraid/not interested to ask

Since this one's really defunct other than art trades, I'm going to keep it at that and post Apocrypha stuff over at Chalbys.

Still taking answers for:

1.) Should I offer commissions?

2.) What would be reasonable prices for them? (Ultimately, I will accept "barter" as a payment.)
NOTE: I probably would accept "eye-for-an-eye" commissions/art trades -- colour pencil image for colour pencil image, pencil sketch for pencil sketch, et al.

Do these prices sound fair for 9x12 ~ 11x14?

TRADITIONAL MEDIA:
Sketch of characters with basic background: $5 US, three or more in same image $2 per character
Ink - detail: $10 US, three or more $3 per character
Marker Coloured, single character, no background: $20 US, three or more $5 per character
With simple background: add $5 US
Coloured pencil, Pastels, or watercolour pencil, no background: $25 US, each additional character $7
Coloured pencil with background: $30 US, each additional character $7
Watercolour pencil with background: $40 US, each additional character $8
Pastel with background or watercolour with simple background: $50 US, each additional character $10
Watercolour with complex background: $75 US, each additional character $15
Acrylic Painting, simple background: $100 US, each additional character $20
Acrylic Painting, complex background: $150 ~ $200 (dependent on type of background), each additional character $25.
Mixed Media, simple background: $75 ~ $125 (dependent on complexity), each additional character $10

Within North America, the price of shipping would be included in the price. Outside North America, I would ask for $10 US extra for shipping first class or global priority.

COMPUTER COLOURED:
Hand inked, Photoshop coloured with basic background: $20 US, additional characters $10
Hand inked, Photoshop coloured with background: $35 US, additional characters $10
Hand inked, Photoshop coloured with complex background: $50, additional characters $15

Within North America, the price of shipping originals would be included in the price. Outside North America, I would ask for $10 extra for shipping first class or global priority. Also included would be a high res file of the finished piece either by CD or by email.

In all instances, you own the original, but I still hold the copyright on the art itself. The originals cannot be reproduced for profit.


3.) What services should I offer? (Read: Which medium would best reflect my skills?)

Finally, is there anything art-related you would like to see from me?

I'm thinking about keeping this account for the art trades, since I really don't do much fanart anymore.
